A link to your Telehealth consultation will be sent to your mobile phone before your scheduled appointment. Please use the link to access the Telehealth waiting room.
Preparation for Your Telehealth Appointment
To ensure a smooth and uninterrupted session, please complete the following steps 15 minutes before your appointment:
Restart the device you’ll be using (computer, tablet, or mobile).
Use Chrome as your internet browser to open the provided link.
Close all other video chat apps (e.g., Skype, Facetime, Messenger, WhatsApp).
Check that your device’s microphone and camera are functioning.
Disconnect other devices from your internet network (e.g., smart TVs, computers, or smart devices) to improve connection quality.
Open the link provided at least 5 minutes before your appointment and allow permission for the browser to use your microphone and camera.
Refresh your browser just before your scheduled appointment time.
