Cancellation Policy
At Wild Child Paediatrics
We strive to provide timely care to all our patients.
To manage our schedule effectively and accommodate everyone, we have implemented the following cancellation policy.
Booking Fee:
In order to secure your appointment a 20% non-refundable booking fee is required.
This fee is non-refundable for no-shows or for cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment.
This fee will be deducted from your child’s total appointment fee.
Cancellation Notice:
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid forfeiting the booking fee within our business hours. Please check our Contact Us Page for our opening hours.
Weekend Policy:
48 hours’ notice does not include weekends or public holidays. For example, if you have a Tuesday appointment, cancellations must be made by the preceding Wednesday to avoid incurring a cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy:
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the forfeiture of the booking fee.
Late Arrivals:
We recommend allowing an additional 10–15 minutes for travel to ensure you arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, the appointment will need to be rescheduled to allow sufficient time for your child’s assessment. As this appointment time was reserved exclusively for your child and could not be reallocated at short notice, the deposit is non-refundable
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact our office as soon as possible to reschedule.
