Request prescription

We are Committed
To providing safe and effective prescription management in line with current Western Australian government requirements.
Stimulant prescribing guidelines require a specialist review every 12 months, and we strongly encourage families to ensure prescriptions are filled at the time of consultation to avoid delays.
For details on GP co-prescribing please see the FAQ section.
Online Prescription Requests
To apply online for a prescription, you must:
Have attended your last scheduled appointment and have another appointment booked.
Provide your child’s current weight and height.
Provide a recent blood pressure reading.
Confirm that no more than 14 days of stimulant medication remain.
Note that a video consultation may be required to clarify details of your child’s clinical progress by the paediatrician, that this will incur an additional cost. By submitting the below request you are agreeing to this.
