At Our Practice...
Fees apply to all telehealth and in-room consultations across paediatrics, psychology and social work. Each clinician has their own fee schedule depending on the type and duration of appointment.
20% – 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments. Should you need to cancel or amend your booking, we request that you do so with at least 48 hours notice to avoid forfeiting the booking fee within our business hours. Please check our contact us page for our business hours. Each appointment may be rescheduled once only.
Payment is required in full on the day of appointment. Medicare rebates may be claimable where applicable.
We are a private billing practice and are unable to offer discounts for healthcare, pensioner or concession card holders.
The cost of a new consultation can vary based on the complexity of the referral and the number of sessions required.
For example, most uncomplicated ADHD assessments require a minimum of 2 to 3 sessions at an approximate cost of $2000 – $3000 with a summary report provided.
If a detailed report is required, this can also be provided at an additional cost.
Administrative Tasks Fees
Appointments focus on clinical care.
Non-clinical tasks, such as completing forms, writing letters, or making phone calls, are not included in consultation time and will incur additional fees.
These fees can vary from $100-$200 per letter/form and will depend on the complexity and time required.
These fees apply whether forms are completed during or outside of consultations and are not eligible for a Medicare rebate.
If additional information is required via phone consultation, a Medicare rebate for the phone consultation may apply.

Payment Options
We offer a range of payment options, including EFTPOS, credit card and online payments. Please note that personal cheques are not accepted. Medicare claims can be processed electronically at the time of your consultation to streamline rebates. A detailed breakdown of fees will be provided at the time of booking confirmation before your appointment. If you are registered for the Medicare Safety Net and have reached threshold, you may be eligible for a higher rebate on your consultation fees.
Private Health insurance
Please note that private health insurance typically does not cover fees for outpatient medical consultations. For psychology or social work services, some policies may provide limited rebates depending on your level of extras cover. We recommend checking directly with your health fund to confirm whether these services are included in your policy and the extent of your coverage.
