Social Worker | School & NDIS Support | Family Coaching
Struggling with school? Overwhelmed by NDIS? Not sure what to do after diagnosis?
Social Worker helps families turn chaos into clear next steps.
Our social worker works with parents and children to:
• Stabilise tough periods
• Create practical home strategies
• Support young people to build confidence, emotional skills and positive coping
• Advocate with schools
• Support school refusal and structured reintegration
• Navigate NDIS without the stress
All with focused, time-limited support that gets results.
As part of Wild Child Paediatrics’ integrated team, our social worker works closely with our Developmental Paediatrician and Psychologist, so assessment insights become real-world change — not just reports.
If further assessment or whole-child planning is needed, families can be referred directly to our Developmental Paediatrician within the clinic — without rejoining a waitlist — so care continues smoothly when clinically indicated.
Book our social worker if you need help with:
• School refusal or returning to school after time away
• Ongoing school stress or breakdown
• Behaviour that feels out of control at home
• NDIS planning, goals or meetings
• Post-diagnosis overwhelm
• Support for young people with confidence, emotions and coping skills

Support for Parents, at Times That Work For You
Parenting doesn’t always fit neatly into business hours. Between work, school runs, appointments and everything else family life brings, finding time to pause and ask for support can be difficult.
Our Social Worker offers flexible consulting hours to make accessing support a little easier. Whether you need practical strategies, guidance through a challenging stage, or simply a confidential space to talk things through, support is available at times designed to better fit around busy family life.
