Our Fees

At Our Practice...
Fees apply to all telehealth and in-room consultations.
Payment for services will be required in full on the day of appointment, with Medicare rebates claimable.
As a private billing practice we cannot offer discounts for healthcare, pensioner or concession card holders.
The cost of a new consultation can vary based on the complexity of the referral and the number of sessions required.
For example, most uncomplicated ADHD assessments require a minimum of 2 to 3 sessions at an approximate cost of $2000 – $3000 with a summary report provided.
If a detailed report is required, this can also be provided at an additional cost.

Administrative Tasks Fees
Appointments focus on clinical care.
Non-clinical tasks, such as completing forms, writing letters, or making phone calls, are not included in consultation time and will incur additional fees.
These fees can vary from $100-$200 per letter/form and will depend on the complexity and time required.
These fees apply whether forms are completed during or outside of consultations and are not eligible for a Medicare rebate.
If additional information is required via phone consultation, a Medicare rebate for the phone consultation may apply.
For administrative requests or further details, please Contact our administration team.
We are committed to providing clear and efficient management of clinical and nonclinical tasks.
Payment Options
Payment Options
We offer a range of payment options, including EFTPOS, credit card and online payments. Please note that personal cheques are not accepted. Medicare claims can be processed electronically at the time of your consultation to streamline rebates. A detailed breakdown of fees will be provided at the time of booking confirmation before your appointment. If you are registered for the Medicare Safety Net and have reached threshold, you may be eligible for a higher rebate on your consultation fees.
Private Health insurance
Please note that private health insurance typically does not cover fees for outpatient medical consultations. We recommend checking with your health fund for clarification on your level of coverage.
