Our Team
Dr. Sabrina Barrett
I am a developmental and behavioural paediatrician with over 16 years’ experience working with children whose developmental profiles don’t follow the usual lines. I’m drawn to presentations that sit between medical, behavioural and emotional domains, and to the kind of questions that require careful thought rather than quick conclusions.
My background spans paediatrics, psychiatry and early autism diagnosis, along with experience supporting children with functional neurological disorders. Working across these areas has shown me how differently children express their needs, and how easily important threads can be missed when we rely on only one way of looking at things. This broader experience helps me understand developmental profiles that don’t sit neatly within a single category, and to guide families with clarity when things feel complex or unclear.
While my clinical work focuses on understanding how children express their needs, the rest of my life is spent with the small people and creatures who express theirs just as clearly.
Home is a lively mix of spirited kids, confident animals, creative cooking, and a garden that seems determined to express itself. My husband and I make a good show of being in charge — but everyone knows who really runs the house.

To'da Bellantone
I have really enjoyed being a Medical Secretary for the past 15 years. My area of interest is in Developmental Paediatrics and Child & Adolescent Mental Health.
It has been rewarding to work as the first point of contact for families trying to navigate their child’s unique abilities and challenges.
I believe in creating a positive, relaxed and welcoming reception area, where both children and families feel heard and supported.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and 2 cats. I enjoy winding down at Yoga classes, spending time at the beach and making my own candles and beauty products.

Sian Reed
I am a registered psychologist who completed a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and a Master of Applied Psychology (Professional), graduating in 2017. I have worked across a range of clinical and educational settings in Perth, providing psychological assessment and therapy to both children and adults.
I have particular expertise in working with children and families, and experience as a school psychologist. I am skilled in psychological assessment, including cognitive and learning assessments, ADHD assessment, and autism trait screening, with a strong focus on understanding how a child’s profile impacts their day-to-day functioning at school and at home.
I value collaborative, multidisciplinary care and enjoys working closely with paediatricians, schools, and allied health professionals to ensure children and families receive coordinated, practical support tailored to their individual needs.
